Nation uniting to overturn Supreme Court eminent domain decision

Property rights are a sacred thing. In fact, in English common law, the unborn have a right to sue for theft of property and have that right from the moment of conception. Legal types can correct me if I am wrong on that. But---the nation has united, Republican and Democrat, urban and rural, to overturn the recent Supreme Court decision of Kelo v. New London.

The San Francisco Chronicle on Friday, July 1, 2005 has a nice article on this amazing unity of different political groups. Click on the title of this post to read the article. The title of the article is "Foes in Congress unite in defense of property." It is written by Carolyn Lockhead of the Chronicle Washington Bureau. When you get the Chronicle, on the search line, search under "eminent domain."

On the Janesville radio station 1230, they had a guest who spoke on the decision. It appears that this is not over yet. I hope it gets over turned.
