Cycling: Rock Metric Century--Sept 17--Palmer Park
The Rock Metric Century will feature three distances--19, 34 and 64 miles. The 19 mile distance will be quite flat and perfect for families. Click on the post to register on line. Now is the time to fine tune that training. It should be cooler by Sept.
