Gov Declares Drought Emergency
The Wisconsin Drought Emergency will help farmers by allowing the temporary diversion of streams for irrigation. The question is how many farmers could use this irrigation. The bottom line impact of the drought will be increase feed costs for farmers, and decreased yield from crops. Not a good combination.
