BOARD PERSONNEL COMMITTEE MEETING
Tuesday, 27 June 2006
1. Call to Order.
Eloise Eager called the meeting to order at 7pm. Members present: Eloise Eager, Doug Zweizig, Ruth Ann Montgomery, Vicki Lecy-Luebke, Bridget Rolek, Tina Kakuske, and Kim Miller. None absent.
2. Closed session to discuss Library Director Position
Eloise moved to go into closed session. B. Rolek seconded. Roll call vote- Aye: Eloise Eager, Doug Zweizig, Ruth Ann Montgomery, Vicki Lecy-Luebke, Bridget Rolek, Tina Kakuske, and Kim Miller. None opposed. Motion carried.
The personnel committee discussed the resumes received for the Director position and narrowed the applicant pool down from 21 to 4. Discussed next steps in interview process. The interview committee plus the remaining Board members will interview the 4 candidates. Discussed interview logistics. Will select interview dates and questions at the next meeting.
3. Reconvene into open session.
Ruth Ann Montgomery moved to reconvene into open session at 8:25pm. T. Kakuske seconded. Roll call- - Aye- Eloise Eager, Doug Zweizig, Ruth Ann Montgomery, Vicki Lecy-Luebke, Bridget Rolek, Tina Kakuske, and Kim Miller. None opposed.
4. Adjourn.
R. Montgomery moved to adjourn the meeting. T. Kakuske seconded. All in favor, none opposed. Motion carried.
