A judge has intervened to make sure that the people of Fontana get a chance to put a project to referendum. After all, the public is going to be funding it in a TIF project. There was apparendly a manuever to split the project up to avoid the necessity of going to referendum. Stay tuned as the saga of Fontana continues....
