In the question and answer period, Mr. Eager Sr., rose to ask what each candidate would to to increase leisure activities in Evansville.
Mike Anderson said he liked the idea of a pool attached to the high school and bemoaned the fact that it would be more expensive to do now since the cheapest time to install a pool is during the initial construction.
Karen Aikman referred to the work of Mr. Koiyman, the previous chair of the Parks Committee who spearheaded the design and approval of the new West Side Park.

It is clear to The Observer that many of those who attended the meeting last night are not yet regular readers of the Evansville Observer and possibly some article in print media might help inform the citizens of Evansville of the wonderful park that is in the making for the West side.
