Meeting Notice--Evansville Observer

The Board of Directors of The Evansville Observer will be meeting in closed session on February 14, 2006 between 4am and 6am to discuss amending the long range plan of The Evansville Observer. Certain plans that had been designated as F1 or Free 1 are being considered to be adjusted to C1 or Commercial 1.

Similarly, certain intellectual plats heretofore listed in Addendum A.5434 as Smart Stories or SS may be subsequently listed as Dumb Stories or DS. Consideration will be taken as to whether the party of the first part may simply amend the SS in a conditional permit to permit DS in certain story locations rather than undergoing a special dispositional process. All parties that may have interest in this matter should be informed that this is a closed session and not open to the public.
