Last week at the Union Town Board meeting, Mr. Francis asked that a request for a wind test tower be placed on the next Planning Commision agenda since the folks that are going to be presenting the proposal for a wind tower test site in Magnolia may get resistance for this idea. The same firm has requested a spot on his property for a test wind tower. Stay tuned.
Is it possible that this area could be receptive to "animal units" but hostile to "wind units"? It would be a little hard to posture onself as "green" if that turns out to be the case. Yes, it is true we have few "green" homes built.
I suppose we all could write a little essay, "What Green means to me." Not Ahmed Green. He just left the Packers. It's the other "Green".
