Call to order.
Roll call.
Approval of Agenda.
Motion to waive the reading of the minutes of the December 11, 2006, meetings and approve them as printed.
Citizen appearances other than agenda items listed.
Motion to approve the W&L bills and authorize their payment.
Motion to approve the City bills and authorize their payment.
Unfinished Business
Motion to recommend to Council approval of agreement with YMCA of Northern Rock County for operation of youth program
Motion to recommend to Council approval of agreement for Coordination of Senior Services

New Business
Motion to recommend to Common Council adoption of Resolution #2007-1, establishing an interest rate for any interfund loan from the cityĆ¢€™s General Fund to Fund 26 for TID No. 6
Motion to recommend to Common Council to approve the write off of uncollectible EMS bills in the amount of $20,480.76 from 2000 through May 2006

Discussion on Lake Leota Restoration financing

Closed Session
Upon the proper motion and approval vote, the Finance and Labor Relations Committee will convene in closed session pursuant to Sec. 19.85(1)(c), Wis. Stats., to consider employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation of public employees over which the City of Evansville has jurisdiction and/or exercise responsibility
