Minnesota Faces Crisis with Possible Loss of Vikings

Top officials with the NFL are meeting today at the Minnesota State Capitol to discuss, urge etc. legislators to get a deal done for a new stadium for the Minnesota Vikings. Folks all over the nation know that the top three assets of Minnesota are in order; 1)The Vikings 2) Walleye Fishing 3) Cheap Beer, mostly imported from Wisconsin. The loss of the Minnesota Vikings will put a lot of pressure on Walleye Fishing...My sources tell me that Minnesotans are drinking as much cheap beer at present as humanly possible and not to expect a further increase in consumption to bail out Minnesota. It is factually true that watching the Vikings over the past two seasons has been troubling for football fans, but the possible loss of the team would mean that all that could be done on Sundays is visiting with family, going to church, ice fishing, and SCRABBLE.
