School Board: Audioblogger: Art Phillips makes motion to remove half-day kindergarten from cuts

I would like once again to thank Art for showing us that he is a true, honest , leader on the school board, I have been to a couple of meetings and have always been impressed with the way Art handles different situations, and he is always respectful. I truly do believe he has the best interest of the children and is always willing to listen to the parents/citizens concerns. Thank you Art.
