A Tradition Neighborhood Design development is a fairly defined plan. You can identify one when you see it kind of thing. Like a subdivision or a duplex.
ReplyDeleteWhy would a committee who's task it is to decide the best kind of TND for Evansville feel the need to amend the entire table of land uses in the City's zoning code?
Have I missed something again? Am I mistaken on the Charter for this new mayoral committee? I admit to missing the link between the Big Box Committee's findings on lighting for large commercial properties and the down town street lights.
The entire table for land uses in the City's zoning code belongs in the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission should instruct this committee to pursue this if the PC finds it necessary.
