  1. O.K. Cueball I read the post like three times and I am still going HUH??? Why would you submit it to the Evansville City Council? I know Mayor Ringhand THINKS she has some power but not quite that much. So please explain why you did what you did and what purpose it is suppose to serve. AND why you never asked us to sign.
