I and E Meets July 10th at Creekside: "Discover Your Work Values"

Discover Your Work Values July 10 at I&E What do independence, self-determination and variety have in common? They are all examples of work values. Such values can differ from one workplace to another. Finding out which work values are most important to you is the first step towards achieving career satisfaction because this knowledge will enable you to find jobs that are suitable to you. This July 10 at the Evansville Area Inventors & Entrepreneurs Club, Dr. Lynn Freeman will discuss what work values are, how you can discover your own specific work values, and how you can figure out which work values are associated with a given job. This event is free and everyone is welcome to attend. Dr. Freeman is a career development facilitator (CDF) who holds a doctorate degree in higher education administration. She also operates AdviseU (http://www.adviseu.com), which helps high school students explore, learn, decide and achieve their college and career goals. AdviseU is located at 1605 Monroe St., Suite C, Madison, WI. Please contact Dr. Freeman at (608) 234-5297 or email her at lynn@AdviseU.us.com. After Dr. Freeman’s presentation, all attendees will be invited to network and enjoy refreshments sponsored by Dr. Halina Zakowicz, a freelance writer at Haelix Communications. Dr. Zakowicz has helped several Evansville area clients, including The Evansville Review and Formecology, LLC. For more information, please email Dr. Zakowicz at admin@haelix.com or review her portfolio at http://www.haelix.com.
