There will be a Committee of the Whole meeting on August 16, 2008, and capital projects will be under discussion. There is also a memo to all alderman regarding special features of this budget season, including the new Stormwater Utility budget. The budget has been set to $75,000 and the revenues for this area are just beginning to be accrued.
