Let's use all that energy saving advertised from air conditioning, and add it to all the energy saving from extra value meals and other "extra" frugality, and then when we total all it up, spend it.
When I add all the hype up, no matter how we calculate the energy saving, it comes up to zero dollars to spend. How about you?
Without actual conservation and not just hype conservation, there will never be a solution to the problem we face.

Out of Jail Free Card" for the environment. What a great idea. Why would you sacrifice your creature comforts when you can erase your carbon footprint with some $$$$$?
