Motion to defer approval of minutes of regular meeting on September 12, 2006, to next regular meeting on October 10, 2006.

Discussion of Proposed 2006 City Operating and Capital Improvement Budgets. (The Common Council may discuss adding, deleting, or modify items in the proposed budgets, but will not take any action on the budgets at the meeting. The Finance Committee and Common Council will add, delete, or modify items in the proposed budgets, as appropriate, at their meetings on Oct. 9 and 10, 2006, prior to the Council’s approval of the budgets for publication. Final action on the budgets is scheduled for the Finance Committee and Common Council meetings on Nov. 13 and 14, 2006.)
