AGENDA
1. Call to Order & Roll Call.
2. Motion to Waive Reading Minutes of September 2006 meeting & Approve as Printed.
3. Possible Changes to Agenda: Motion to Approve Changes, if necessary.
4. Citizen appearances other than agenda items.
5. Development of a “2006 Park & Outdoor Recreation Plan”
a. Review of park board members’ individual evaluation of parks projects for the plan.
b. Discussion of chair’s compilation of evaluation data.
c. Discussion to choose projects to be included in the plan, and when to schedule them.
d. Possible motion to approve projects and schedule to be included in the plan
e. Review of current draft of plan as provided by City Planner Tim Schwecke. Determine what else needs to be done to prepare next draft of plan and who will do it.
6. Chair’s report on actions of Public Works Committee, Finance & Labor Relations Committee, and Common Council on items of interest to PRB; also on status of 2007 budget and 5-year capital spending plan.
7. Reports and Updates on Pending Park Projects.

8. Aquatic Report: Pool Director Rick Hamacher
a. Discussion & possible motion to form a subcommittee of the PRB to decide on 2007 operation of Park Store.
b. Assuming item a. above passes, chair will appoint said subcommittee, and set a first meeting time.
c. Motion to approve proposed fee increases for Pool Usage in 2007. (This was approved at the September 2006 meeting; since only discussion, not a motion, was on the agenda for that meeting, we need to do this again.)

9. Park Maintenance and Improvements Report: Park Maintenance Supervisor Ray Anderson.
10. Old Business
a. Reschedule November, 2006 meeting to Tuesday, November 28 at 6:00 pm, as previously announced at September meeting.
