Mr. Sauer: "System performed as expected"

In this audio segment, Mr. Dave Sauer explains the definition of a 100 year event. Also explains that the current system performed "pretty much as expected."

Well if it works the way it is suppose to , they defintetly have not done enough. There should be no reason for that kind of water to be flowing through people's back yards. They must hold their breathe everytime it rains.
