I have had some devoted readers of The Evansville Observer that have said that they have been reading just ooh too much fiction from Normal, Mn., and wanted some real, real serious stories.
I have taken this input to heart. After all, the recent stories about the budget have been so good---- I have not needed to write fiction.
Relax. I'll be taking a drive up north to Normal shortly, once the wild and crazy budget stories are completed.
