"A Better Safety Net for the Unemployed
The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act enhances the benefits available to unemployed individuals in 2009. In Rock County, an estimated 29,108 individuals will receive an increase of $25 in weekly unemployment benefits. In addition, an estimated 6,674 individuals will be provided with additional weeks of benefits through December 31, 2009. "
Which economist has a fantasy that this economic crisis in Wisconsin will be over by December 31,2009?
