    Anyone who was in favor of the Evansville Water and Light,WPPI,and EcoEnergy Large Wind Turbine project in the town of Union should read this very recent, well written report from the Minnesota Department of Health dated May 22, 2009.

    The town of Union's Large Wind Turbine Citizens Committee was referenced in this report.

    For those who still believe that having proper setbacks means you are anti wind, you might want to read this unbiased report and find out what many have already known.

    This is a must read for anyone who thinks they know the facts about large wind turbine siting.
