Of the three names, the "Spending Bill", which was then called the "Stimulus Bill", and then the "American Recovery and Reinvestment Act?", The Spending Bill was the most accurate. I have a problem when a waste treatment plant in Evansville is being funded by the Chinese government. Next thing you know, as part of buying up our debt, we will have to use x amount of Chinese materials, luckily, no matter the percent specified, we will inadvertently exceed it.

I'm not making a stink about building a waste treatment plant, I understand the unmet criteria. I take issue with the shell game that is going on with the American public. A lot of fast moves faster talking, confusion, double crossing and in the end, you lose your money and are left looking at a cardboard box made in China.

I knew the Stimulus projects needed to be shovel ready, but they didn't mention the roll of toilet paper too.

I take issue with the "Stimulus" money being spent on projects that were already going to be built, but now that the federal government picks up the tab, this is their concept of creating "new" jobs and bolstering the economy?

It's too bad the Monona Terrace is already built. It would have been a sure fire "Stimulus" project.
