    I'd rather see that 4 million applied to Evansville's School Construction Debt and rename the middle school: "The Crushing Plant". That way Evansville would have a crushing plant, and would no longer need a nickname or a mascot for school sports. I think the message would be apparent. But hey, lets give it to a
    " company " who hasn't produced one ounce of fuel, and has $$$$$$$ from a lot of well intentioned private individuals. In this day of the government surplus budget, why not.
