Mark Cufaude of Evansville High School took 1st place and was crowned champion of the State of Wisconsin, Division II Pole Vault for 2005. His jump was 14ft 3 in. Wow. What a moment. Congratulations, Mark.

Mr. Woulfe Mark was division 2 champion. I got to see Mark vault and it was wonderful to see another Evansville track star.

The Janesville Gazette for Saturday has a fabulous picture of Mark clearing the bar. Someone needs to get a copy of this photo, preferably on digital. I have made the change to Division II. Thanks. The Observer
ReplyDeleteAntone interested, today at 6:00 pm Mark will be coming home from up north and we will be meeting at the Pig parking lot with the fire trucks and anyone who wants to join. We will be escorting Mark back to the high school and then going inside and having a little program for him. Hope to see alot of people there.
