Maybe ABC will be using this news opportunity to start a spin off show similar to Wife Swap. They take successful banks like UB&T and have all of their employees travel to a failing East coast branch of Citi's and vice versa.
ReplyDeleteWith film crew in tow, in the comfort of our Lazy-Boy's we could watch how the whole your way, our way scenario plays out for two weeks. I think it would be amusing at the least.
I can see the reaction from a teller from NYC when a UB&T customer comes in and asks them to please fill out their deposit slip. "Excuse me, excuse me, what, what do you want me to do with this....yeah, that's what I thought, get outta here with your customer service with a smile."
In NYC, I can see someone from UB&T explaining to a Tony Soprano look-a-like that they can't give them money to use for "various purposes". When the response is, "My associates and myself are deeply, deeply disappointed in your decision." The situation is quickly resolved by the introduction to the free document shredding service now being offered.
When it's all over, nothing much has changed except the swear jar at UB&T is unusually full.
