Bill Hammann made one small mistatement regarding the Interim Future Land Use Map. He said that the Gildner farm property is not marked for residential development on the Interim Future Land Use Map, when in fact it is. That property was a late addition to the Interim Future Land Use Map. As a result of that addition, the text in the plan about the Interim Future Land Use Map says it is intended to provide adequate land for development over the next 10 to 15 years, instead of over the next 10 years.

That was addressed later in the discussion, that the Gildner property was shown for development on the Interim map.
ReplyDeleteThe discussion was around developing land already annexed, the Every property, before adding more land to the city.
