"Chasin" has the latest on the petition for a referendum on Lake Leota

Contact a member of SOLE, Save Our Lake and Environment at http://lakeleota.org to sign the petition to save Lake Leota.

Chasin's petition made a grave error in combining the two statements into one petition.

I support a binding referendum. I also support restoring Lake Leota. They are two separate issues calling for two separate actions.

Just think, if we don't restore Lake Leota, the EvansvilleObserver will have to change the title of it's feature picture of the

LAKE LEOTA BRIDGE.

That's right. It's the Lake Leota Bridge. Not the Leota Field Bridge. Not the Leota Prairie Bridge. Not even the Allen's Creek Bridge. It's the Lake Leota Bridge. Let's keep it that way. We wouldn't want Dick to have to remove his feature photo.

If you go and read both the post and the petition which I did and signed its very clear what the point is , no matter how its worded. Someone should have done this a long time ago before all this money was spent.
