Do a research project. Enter a Target store and walk down the main isle. Every isle will have a sign on it for a $5 special....ok...there may be one with a $2.50. Still....retailers are marketing for those shoppers that are looking for a thrill....and yes it is a $5 rush from a slight purchase to get them by.....
Make a note of it.
