Gaboda announces run for State Assembly
Matt Gaboda using unconventional methods to break the mold in Madison.
TOWN OF CENTER - Matt Gaboda, resident of Center Township, has officially announced his plan to become the independent State Assembly Representative in District 43. A citizen advocate for many years, Gaboda is ready to take his blue collar work ethic to Madison. Gaboda has promised to ONLY work for the people, and bring back the glory to Wisconsin.
“I’m not accepting contributions from lobbyists or PAC’s, no donations of over $100, and will only serve two terms,” Gaboda said. “That is just the start, I will lose 43 pounds by election day, to demonstrate the fat that can also be trimmed out of our state budget,” Gaboda added. Gaboda plans on unseating the incumbent, Tennessee native, Rep. Kim Hixson (D-Whitewater).
District 43 is located in parts of Rock, Walworth, Dane, and Jefferson Counties. Whitewater, Milton, Edgerton, Orfordville, Town of Beloit, and Footville are located in this district. Matt has lived on a farm and has also lived on Main Street, he knows what it takes to make it. Matt is just an average guy trying to do his part.
