    Volker advocates meaningful reform of the Wall Street banks and other "to big to fail" financial entities.

    The devil is in the details, of course.

    I, if I had my way, would leave no "to big to fail" financial entities standing.

    One must remember that Wall Street Banks gave two dollars to the Obama campaign for every single dollar given to the Republicans. The "too big to fail" entities are enormously powerful in Washington.
