Evansville Community Partnership’s 10th annual Chili Cook-off and Dinner will be held on Saturday, February 20, 2009 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. at The Grove Campus, 320 Fair Street . Tickets are just $17 prior to the event and $22 at the door. Kids 13 and under enter free with adult. All adult paid ticket will receive a hand-thrown pottery chili bowl made by local potter, Matthias James. Patrons also enjoy sampling chili from the chili chef contestants, mixing and mingling with friends old and new, listening to musical entertainment, bidding at the fabulous silent auction with dozens of items donated by local businesses, door prizes, fun contests, activities for the kids, raffles, and all-you-can-eat chili and spaghetti dinner. Two Wii gaming systems will be raffled at the event.
