Click on the post for the debt schedule for the Evansville School District. Click on the schedule to enlarge. You will note that 2013 is the year that the scheduled repayment has a large increase. This is a "backloaded bond" and citizens are about to understand the term "backloaded" in their pocket books.
If there was by chance a large increase in commercial construction before then, maybe the increase in commercial taxation could help...stay tuned.
