This city still employs more people than they need too. In the water and light dept, parks dept, they need to take a serious look at cutting corners, they have not done that yet. Just played around with the idea. I think they also need to look at the Police Dept as well. If they can get new vehicles, and designs on them every couple of years, and have several office staff, they need to look at trimming their budget as well.
