The "Evansville" Observer, and I highlight "Evansville", asks us to mark our calendars for an event in Madison when we are having our Windmill Harvest Festival on that weekend. In fact at 2:00PM Sunday the "Windmills on Parade" auction will be taking place, wrapping up a summer long promotion of our downtown.
