This discussion was not noticed on the agenda. Was it a request for Public Benefit Funds to go towards the house that the school will build and sell for profit?

  2. This meeting or quasi meeting,or legally "no meeting" was a transitional one to the new committee under the official city govt under resolution 2007-20, not passed yet but supposedly effective July 1.

The resolution 2007-20 is remarkable in that it specifically notes that this committee will in the future abide by the open meeting law--interesting little bit since it has not in the past seemed to.

The meeting listened to the proposal for a fish aerator, or windmill to power an electric pump, and even though it was the first presentation of the numbers, it seems it had been "approved in principle" prior to this meeting. Hum.

Proper administration of energy assistance to consumers and businesses needs professional conduct---Let's let WPPI handle it. Clearly some folks chatting over coffee cannot serve our community best. That's how I see it. And you?
