Motion to approve Purchase of Services Agreement with Rock County Humane Society.---- I am curious as to what the details are with this arrangement. As we have called the Rock County Humane society with stray cats before and they have refused to take them saying they have taken all they will take from Evansville. I personally think the R.C.H.S. is awful in how it is run. So how much are we paying and are they putting a limit on how many animals from here they will take.
