Since January 1, we've had 12.97" of precip (includes snow water
equivalent) and the 30-year mean is 12.42", a difference of +0.55".
That's "normal" in my book. However on June 1, we were -1.48" from
normal. So you were correct, before this last rainy period we were
dry, though not terribly so.
BTW, on snowfall for the season we were very close to normal, 1.7"
above the 30 year mean at 49.9".
