Consideration and approval of the Class “A” Beer/Class “A” Liquor License Application for Bradley N. Goodspeed and Sheryl A. Goodspeed, aka Goodspeed Gas ‘N Go and the surrender of Ringhand Meats & Liquor’s Class “A” Beer/Class “A” Liquor License to the City of Evansville contingent on such license approval.

    so what does that mean? ringhands will not be selling alcohol anymore?

  2. After all the hoops to jump through for the drive-through window he's giving up the beer license?

    That would appear to leave the city with a useless drive-through ordinance.
