That is why when you file a claim with your insurance company and they say ' hey use your 'certified' shops and we will guarantee the work for the lifetime of the vehicle.' Run not walk away from that offer. MOST all large insurance companies have a program like this. GO to your own dealership, some one who you trust. All these shops recommended by your insurance company do is watch the bottom line for your insurance company. By law you are allowed to go where you want. Actually they are not suppose to recommend one shop over another either.
