Overall Wisconsin real estate stayed strong as 2005 ended but Western St. Croix County was the exception.

Our friends have been trying to sell their house since Augest. We went online and look at houses in the Evansville Market about 3 weeks ago and there were almost 100 houses on the market in our 'small' town. The house behind us has been for sale since this summer as well. I think things have def. slowed down.
