He has made many presentations and written several articles on recruitment, selection, performance evaluation, job quality, and other areas of HRM. He has been a national leader in recognizing and communicating the importance of farm image as a factor in recruitment. As a ruminant nutritionist, he has developed a strong interest in management intensive rotational grazing for dairy cattle.
