People on the Union Twsp. Wind Committee have pointed this out over and over: That's the ONLY reason wind energy companies want to put these towers up in Union Twsp--to get the tax subsidies. Reviewing the wind data from the National Weather Service AND a local study regarding wind speeds specifically in this area over a full year BOTH show that this area is NOT SUITABLE for ANY kind of return on investment. --Judge Tom
