Evansville Plan Commission discussion of proposal of developers to not reapprove the minimum house size requirements; Developers seemed to pin the blame for these size requirements on former City Administrator, Bill Connors. Bill Hammann offered that these requirements were part of a long multi-year debate on how to structure residential additions so the taxpayer and school could come out on them. (37 minutes.)
