One of the byproducts of the biodiesel plant will be feedstock for agribusiness. One could see a whole ring of large farms similar to Larson Acres surrounding Evansville. What would be the standards for water quality...and other possible environmental concerns?
Thus...the decison on this appeal to the Site Review Board is going to be very important to watch.
