Mark Schnepper Speaks: On need for impact study prior to busting smart growth limit with developer request;

    I think he made a good point about not having the developers do the study on how the increase in growth rate would effect Evansville. It should be independent. I would like to either see the city say NO to this or take more time and have a actual study done. With no one involved who would benefit from it.
