Let me guess , this building is in the Tiff district?? The one on Union St?? I thought at one point that area was in the Tiff district, so another person looking for a handout?
ReplyDeleteIF this building is in the tiff district I see the city losing its shirt if they give it tiff money, no bar is going to survive there. They will be gone within two years.
