Budget: Evansville: 5 year Capital Plan Budget Lists $1,175,000 in 2008,2009,2010 for Westside Park

In the 5 Year Capital Plan distrubuted at the Thursday night city Budget meeting, in the public works section of the 5 year capital plan, listed were the following expenses for the westside park:

2008---$200,000.
2009---$475,000.
2010---$500,000.

Total---$1,175,000.

Since there is not much money in the parkland dedication account after projects on the table are completed, it must be assumed that the total expenses will be financed, unless due to such financing exceeding the debt limit, this option might not be open. Thus, the status of these planned expenses is unclear to the Observer.
