Evansville Schools Annual Meeting Scheduled for September 24th
SCHOOL DISTRICT MEETING
Call of Annual Meeting
EVANSVILLE COMMUNITY SCHOOL DISTRICT
Notice to Electors of the Annual Meeting of the Evansville Community School District,
comprised of all or parts of the following municipalities, to wit: City of Evansville, Towns of Center,
Magnolia, Janesville, Porter and Union, Rock County, Town of Brooklyn, Green County, and Town of
Rutland, Dane County.
Notice is hereby given, that the Annual Meeting of the above named district will be held on
the 24
th
day of September A.D., 2012.
Notice is further given that the business to be transacted at said Annual Meeting of said
district will be as follows:
(1) to hear, consider, examine and adopt the tax levy for the fiscal year of said district
ending June 30, 2013.
(2) to transact such other and further business as may be properly transacted at
said meeting according to law.
TIME AND PLACE OF MEETING
Said Annual Meeting of the electors of said district will be held in the High School Media
Room at 7:00 P.M. Central Daylight Time on September 24
th
, 2012.
