City of Evansville Special Meeting Retail Market Research Status Meeting Thursday, March 8, 2012, 5:30 p.m. Creekside Place, 102 Maple Street, Evansville There will be a status meeting of work groups formed to implement the recommendations of the Ady-Voltedge Retail Market Analysis for the City of Evansville. A general meeting agenda is: 1. Report of visioning committee, with consensus reached by all meeting attendees to proceed with new vision (15 minutes). 2. Break-out session of five work groups (30 minutes). 3. Report out from work groups, including next action step(s) of each group (15 minutes). 4. Summarize next actions of work groups and set next date for check-in status meeting for all (10 minutes). A majority of the Evansville Common Council and the Economic Development Committee may be present and actively participating in the meeting. A majority of any City Committee—including but not limited to Redevelopment Authority, Plan Commission, and Finance Committee—may be present and actively participating in the meeting. No formal action will be taken by the Common Council or any City Committee during the meeting.
